Not Bad support anymore
My first experience with offgamers went well. I did my first purchase and got the code immediately but for the second time it didn't went well i did my second purchase but wasn't able to do through the verification so i canceled the order but I didn't get my money back and it doesn't even show my canceled order in my order list. I contacted them three times but no response my account id is 884433 I hope they see this and get complete my refund. Edit: After a while they responded to the emails after a while which I sent them to know about my refund status which is good on the other hand I just bought another item and completed the ekyc verification and after that they immediately gave my code. I can say offgamers is a great and trust Worthy website.
