Bad product even worse customer service!
Product was not to my standards: I requested a refund on the same day as the product was received. Despite having a clear refund policy on their site they keep refusing to give me return instructions and their address to return the item. I have exchanged over 15 emails with them in the space of less than a week and they are still wasting my time. Offering me $10 dollars when I am fully entitled to return the item for a full refund. I am aware I have to pay shipping costs but they still won’t give the address to return the item so I can arrange this. Will keep your money at any cost. I have had to report this to my bank and Mastercard. The website policies are a lie. You’re better off buying from Isee Hair!!!!
