Aaron restores my "Belief in Baleaf" by allowing me to make a Christmas gift return.
Aaron helped me resolve an issue with a return. I purchased fleece lined leggings as a Christmas gift for my daughter. I decided to shop early so I purchased them at the end of November. My daughter tried them on after Christmas and said they were too small. I tried to return them and get something else for her from Baleaf. I couldn't make the return because I missed the 30 day deadline by a day or two and I was too early for the 3 month window for a return starting in late November through February. I was so upset because my daughter and I both love clothing from Baleaf and have never had an issue before. The person I first dealt with said he was sorry but that was the policy. I thought it was unfair since it was a Christmas gift and I was just a day over the 30 day window and a day shy of the extended return window. I sent an email explaining the situation and Aaron, the supervisor, allowed me to return the item and order something else and even waived the shipping and $5.00 return fee. It restored my "belief in Baleaf!" I was planning to quit purchasing from Baleaf. Now I am a very satisfied customer! Thank you Aaron!
