Well, it was actually quite reassuring to have a live person talking & walking me through the steps. I felt like a dummy because I'm slow & not really tech savvy so I was really grateful that Nick was very patient w/me. Unfortunately, he says I am caught in a loop & have to wait & try again after 24hrs to see if it will work by then so I'm really, really looking forward to that. THANK YOU ever so much for your assistance & patience working w/this dilemma w/me this afternoon, Nick! I truly appreciated it. You made one senior citizen hopeful! :-)
