Horrible advertising and customer service
Website said shipping within 48 hours. I have been waiting for 5 days and order still in their position. Customer service takes forever to respond and just gives excuses without action. Shipped 8 days later and will not arrive on time because it takes another 8 days to arrive. I am requesting cancellation of my order and refund but no response yet even though its daytime in China. I told them I will reject the shipment since they didn't meet their promise and now they are saying they will refund it once it gets back to them. A process that should have taken a week to finish, takes a month to resolve. Very difficult customer service and I only got headache from them. Also, there is no domestic phone number to call.
