They take way too long to fulfill a order ( 3 to 5 days ) one of the orders I placed three days ago has still not been dispatched, so I've been told to preorder inventory to minimize the processing time, which I did, they didn't say anything about extra shipping charges when you order from your personal inventory I ended up paying over $17 for shipping when on the page the shipping price is posted to be about $12, as that wasn't frustrating enough the order I placed 10 days ago hasn't been fulfilled yet, I contacted the costumer support to check with the order and they said it has been lost, good thing I inquired about it otherwise nobody would have bothered to inform me and probably wouldn't resend it. Anyway, they need to step up their processing and fulfillment game, there is no way you can compete or survive as a online store with this unprofessional attitude
