I ordered clippers and forgot to use a discount code that had been emailed to me. I wanted to contact the company to request that they give me the discount on my order. Usually this would have been complicated, however I am so grateful that it was super convenient. I emailed the address in the order and included the discount code. The next day I received an email from Andrea at Oneisall giving me the discount on my order. No hassle!! So grateful!!
