I am still waiting on my order that has not shipped. I sent an email requesting a status/ETA and have not heard back. Edit: After calling in, I spoke to a representative. She had difficulty locating my orders. There was an issue with the online ordering on Cyber Monday and has now expedited my order. They were very pleasant and apologetic
