Issue with the WiFix stick or coms card in the inverter which means I loose a lot of the functionality of my inverter, trying to contact Growatt seems impossible questions left unanswered for weeks now, technical support seems to be asleep at the wheel and dragging them down, my guess is that I get a response to this before I get an answer to my questions posted in the shine app or through the website. If you are looking for customer service then best avoid and try another manufacturer.
