Every single time I have an even slightly more expensive or more desirable item to be shipped, there is an issue. It gets lost "somehow", but ONLY when its pricier or rarer, never common items. It takes days of having to contact to even get any response, and then they try only partially refunding. When I first used them years ago they were amazing, but this is the final straw - do not recommend at all unless youre onmy buying cheap, insignificant items
