Shopee allow their shopee express…
Shopee allow their shopee express courier to fake tracking information based on whether you reply to their courier's message. i was at home the whole time waiting for the parcel to be deliver since its out for delivery just to be hit by recipient not at location as i did not reply to the courier message as the number is not in use. Wasted buyer's time and no remorse from shopee and courier so beware of the fake tracking and lies by the courier who does not even deliver and accuse of recipient not at home not once but twice. Customer service officers also worse than bots and anwser with template anwsers not related to questions asked. super dissapointed and crap delivery system
