After I used your AI tool to ask a question about my wife's food poisoning and after starting a claim, I was pleasantly surprised when team members reached out to see how she's doing. That was nice. Submitting a claim was easy. The team members responded quickly to my questions. I was also pleasantly surprised when I was told there's no time limit on claims. That gave me time to come back from vacation and participate in a week of Go Live activities with my project at work. Overall, a very smooth experience.
