Don't waste your time and money with this company! I opened a free trial account with them, and on the same day, I requested the cancelation, as they didn't have ANY load 150 miles from my city. I sent an email requesting the cancelation, and they replied offering one month free, which I never asked for and I don't want to; I REQUESTED THE CANCELATION! 10 days latter I sent another email checking if my request has been done, with no reply. After 2 months, they were still charging me, and after 2 phone calls, they still insisted that it was my fault I didn't find the unsubscribe link hiding in the middle of the email. Be far from this company, besides the minimum and terrible loads posted on their loadboard, they are trying to make any money they can holding memberships after the "free" trial.
