Disappointing service
Disappointing service, misleading credit deductions, and restrictive cancellation policies. I am highly disappointed with my experience with this platform. Prior to purchasing, I unfortunately did not review the existing feedback, which closely mirrors the issues I encountered. I purchased a month-long subscription for $69, expecting high-quality video outputs. Instead, the generated videos contained numerous errors and really bad sound. When I attempted to rectify these issues by utilizing the "regenerate" feature on the exact same video, the system deducted half of my monthly account credits. I tried to use the rest of the credits to make some worth of my money, but it was totally worthless. Within an hour of my purchase, realizing the software did not meet basic functional standards, I requested a refund. This request was promptly denied. Furthermore, the platform's interface is currently preventing me from cancelling my subscription or deleting my account entirely. Due to sub-par product quality, punitive credit policies, and poor customer service, I cannot recommend this platform to others.
