FALSE ADVERTISING - the old bait n switch
I was lead to believe I was buying a vintage formulation of Lacoste Booster. The photo on their site showed a picture of the bottle and said it was a tester. Luckily, but worthlessly in the end, I took a screencap. But what I received was a new reformulated version of Lacoste Booster, which is not only cheaper/worth less, but not something I wanted at all. The bottles don’t even look the same. Either way, I immediately notified “customer service” and attached my screencap and explained the situation. No response. I ended up emailing them five times, each time politely asking them to send me the right bottle. It’s been a month. Nothing. Lol they even emailed me asking for feedback on my purchase. Didn’t get a response from that email either.
