I bought the Samsung S21+ in May 2024. Within a month, there were issues with the battery and camera. They repaired it. Now May 2025, I am not able the volume buttons on the phone have 'sunk' in and I need to stick my finger into the slot to activate them! This is within a year of purchasing the phone and I have purchased a 25 month extended warranty. However it's so inconvenient to keep having to send to the workshop!
