Customer Service is horrendous
My account got compromised and someone had been trading on this MT5 account on both my live and fundedX account. I've managed to recover my live account funds back, but this is besides the point, and allow me to tell you about how this company loves to waste time and fks around. I had purchased a 10k funded account and I wasn't planning to trade with it for a couple of days due to market movements. As a result, I just logged in to my computer and let it be. It unfortunately got compromised, where the account credentials were stolen, and the hacker had blew through the rules, where I had then gotten an email saying my account got halted. Interesting, I thought, I opened it up and never recognised any of the trades. So, I immediately contacted support and asked for reassurance, and they had said to wait 24 - 48 hours for help. Fair enough, so I wait 48 hours. I message again and they simply had accused me flat of using the account, even though I blatantly told them the story, how I told them almost instantly when it happened and they kept saying 'Nah, fk you, we ain't giving another account nor your money back lol'. When, in their own T&Cs, it says to notify them of any unauthorised account entries. It's almost like wtf is the point of putting that sentence there, because it doesn't do anything? Extremely disappointing, don't even bother putting your money through this prop firm. In addition, other people are constantly complaining in the discord server, so it isn't just my word. Stick to FTMO
