Shipping costs were part of the…
I agree the shipping costs of $10 were part of the invoice, and the charm did arrive when promised and it was of good quality, and warrantied a rating greater than 1. But, when it arrived postage due, the USPS had to collect an additional $3.81. Insufficient postage at your end did result in additional shipping fees. Had I not paid the postage due, the USPS would not have given me the package, and I would be empty handed in the gift giving department. Other sites offered free shipping, but I elected to pay for the shipping thinking the charm would arrive sooner than what the free shipping sites offered. Guess that's the penalty for thinking.
