Crazy Ethics
Used to order from from this company because their prices were good, but not worth it. The person on the phone did not understand English and it would take an hour to order one product. The last time she sent me the wrong product, a face cream duo instead of the eye cream I selected. It was a couple hundred dollars and they would not accept a return. I was not at fault - it was their choice to hire someone for a P.R. position who couldn't understand my words or the language. They copped an attitude that I was being racist, I suppose. So unethical and rediculous. So I had to dispute the charge and they refuse to accept orders from me now and it is so silly abd unprofessional that they won't dare to say why. Avoid this company. It is not wirth saving a few bucks to have to deal with such immaturity and to lose hundreds if dollars over thir stubborn mistake.
