Complete scam
Complete scam. I hired Reputation Defender to help with search results in 03/22. It is now 12/2023 and there has been 0 movement in my search. I have addressed my frustrations MANY times only to be told they need more time. Originally when I signed with them I was told 6 months, then 12, and now it’s been radio silent for months. One of the sales persons responses to my request for cancellation and refund to me was - “ Doesn't really matter to me as I make 90% income hourly and 10% on referrals. Your contact means we'll only host your sites for a year, not that results will be achieved in a year. Signing the contact means you actually read it” and follows up with - “ *I mean us refunding you doesn't matter to me ” and that’s just the begging. Completely disrespectful, and complete disregard for my account. If it doesn’t matter, than why am I still being dragged through the mud? I have multiple messages being talked down to, and even the email from the very begging when I was told this would take 6 months, maximum a year, and here are are almost at 2 years. I have messages dating back to as early as June 2022 expressing my concerns on how this isn’t working and wanting to cancel instead of waisting more time and resources. I was yet again, encouraged to wait. I have never asked for a “100% success”. I am understanding on how complex this process can be. However, when I’m 6 months in and seeing this isn’t going to work and have been asking for my account to be cancelled and refunded for over a year I’ve been more than patient.
