Great customer service
I bought a mini heat press from HTVRont end of last year. Only used a couple of times and it wouldn't switch on anymore. I contacted HTVRont and they came back to me straight away and sent a replacement out. Very quick reply time (out of UK business hours!) and received the replacement quick.
