It's Really Hard to Write a Constructive Review...
We are an elderly couple who have been victimized by our neighbor's two vicious rat-dogs for years. The only thing that has saved us from being physically attacked has been the chain-link fence that separates our parking area from their back yard. We can't escape. We have to walk past them every day to get to our car, and the dogs' owners think it's funny. We were so pleased when we found and ordered Barxbuddy. Unfortunately, Barxbuddy is a SCAM! IT DOES NOT WORK! In fact, it does nothing at all. It doesn't slow them down, doesn't make them pause, doesn't even perk their ears up. Two different dogs, and no effect whatsoever on either one of them. It would be better to spend your money on a set of ear plugs and some blinders than to waste it on this useless piece of plastic.
