forced unreasonable changes from airline, no refund given
I purchased 4 tickets from Cnx to Dmk and onward to India. They cancelled and pre-poned our ticket to DMK to 24 hours early, meaning we would have to spend the night in Bangkok. We rejected the change and informed them that this would not work for us, therefore we needed to get the refund offered. They delayed the refund over 80 days!! Each time we reached out, it was processing! At last, after 80 days, they issued me a voucher for the 600USD for future flights. Ridiculous. I did not agree for a voucher due to airlines mistakes. I insisted on a refund to my credit card. I had to fight for 2 hours, and 2 phone calls to get it, and they said it would take another 3-6 months for that refund as they called it a voucher reversal!!!! They said due to the fact that the booking was over 3 months ago, the refund could take 180 days!!!!!!!!!!!!! I said, you guys delayed it, you canceled the flight, issued the voucher, etc,.. don't use it as an excuse for poor service, etc. I will Never ever use AIRPAZ again, deleted the app.
