Cancelled order no problem
I had just made an order and then I had to cancel it. The sales person at Birkat Elyon was very kind and cancelled the order without any fuss. I appreciated it so much. I will trust this company in the future whenever I reorder from them that they stand behind their promises of refunds or exchanges etc.
