Greatest company of all time, please read
Hello to everyone in this forum. im a customer from sweden and i will write my whole experince with this company . First i ordered iphone 12 pro back glas origional glas cover , i acedently put the wrong shippinh adress (china) when it should have been sweden (MY FOULT) so i understand why i had to pay 3 dollar extra for shipping (at this time i was a bit rude against them because i have a hard time in my life at the moment wich is private) When the back glas arrived the camera holes didint fit , it was to tight and thats because it was origional and not copy, so AGAIN MY FOULT and i should have looked better in the description of the product. When i reached out to them i was very rude and i feel really bad about it , my pricate problems shouldnt go out over someone who just does their job. (im very sorry if you read this ) despite my rudness againt them they tell me right away we will send you a new case with no extra fees or payment and at this point i felt really really bad and explained why i had a such a rude attitutde. what i want to say is that This company is the BEST comapny i have had talked to , they are so nice, they are very understanding , and the customer support is something i have never experienced before, i hope that tony and the rest of the company have a great christmas and very much luck in the future , 10/10 i would recomend this company to everyone i know . , best regards sweden
