Hilariously bad customer service.
The company sent me the wrong size of shoes. On requesting a refund, they told me simply to buy another pair, offering a paltry discount. After a lot of back and forth, they accepted, and I returned the shoes at my own expense (as the size issue was my error). The package got stuck in Chinese customs for 4 months. The retailer first told me to wait, then that they'd follow up with customs, then that I'd never bought anything from them, then that they'd already refunded the money. I filed a fraud claim with my bank and have had the money returned that way. Will never deal with these charlatans again. The shoes are fake as anything and they are outstandingly rude.
