Everything went smooth in the beginning with getting the Offer. I was told the people that were going to purchase the vehicle would get in touch with me i a couple of days to arrange the pick up. I am in a time crunch as the house is being sold and the Van needs to be removed b4 a certain date coming up soon. I have called the rep several times and sent multiple emails with no return correspondence except a call stating that they would text or call me with update last night.
