It’s much slower than they said
I purchased a digital Playstation Network Gift Card this morning and didn’t receive it until 8 pm. their website says that you should receive it by email after 30 minutes. but nothing was in my inbox until the evening. They also say that they have 24/7 chat support which is not true. I also tried to call their support phone number but couldn't reach them. I've also emailed their support and got the response after the cards were ready.
