Scam company! Do not trust. Do not buy from this shop- I have been awaiting a refund since Feb. They will reply to this with ‘we can’t trace your order!’ OR ‘we’ve refunded you’. Why would I bother writing warning reviews if they were a legit company? I sent inferior clothes back, costing £20 to send to China, they will sell them again and I’ve not got refund- don’t let it happen to you
Terrible company- I’ve been trying to get my money back (as I’ve returned the low quality clothes) since February. They prevaricate and lie. They will respond to this and say ‘refund arranged’ but I have NOT had my money back and I keep emailing them and explaining this, I have been onto the bank and B.Stone cannot give me the reference number the bank needs to look into this. They simply will not help me get my money back. They should not be allowed to trade. I’ve done everything properly and am out of pocket as it costs £20 to post the clothes back to China if you don’t want them- which you won’t, inferior material.
I don’t know why the summary is so positive- this company treat customers terribly. I’ve written umpteen emails and although I bought my (rubbish) clothes in Feb I am STILL awaiting a refund. I eventually got an address from them and spent nearly £20 sending clothes back- yet despite nearly 20 emails I’ve not had my refund. They should not be allowed to operate- it’s a scam company. They keep saying they’ve refunded but I’ve been on to bank and (as I already know) the money is not there- Buddhastone won’t take responsibility for this I’ll have to go to trading standards
This is an awful company, you cannot arrange refunds- in my case they’ve received my goods back (after many requests on my behalf as to how to do this) but they have not refunded my money. They prevaricate and lie. They are not to be trusted and shouldn’t be allowed to operate. They will reply to this and say ‘we’ve sent your refund’ but they have not- be warned, do not buy clothes from them (jewellery doesn’t sound bad looking at reviews) but clothes? Do not bother.
This is a fraudulent company. I have returned the ill fitting clothes (at personal expense) and they pretend to refund but no refund is actually in my bank. They keep repeating same mantra and will not be honest. They will respond to this with ‘we have refunded you’ but NO money is in my account and they will not listen- I need my refund and do not have time for this continuous asking for it, I just want my money back.
Do not use this company- it’s a sham. Clothes are tiny and when you try for a refund they fob you off. I sent order back and spent a lot on postage to China and they have the clothes back but won’t issue a refund. This review will have a ‘response ‘ from them saying they don’t have my order- sham, should be shut down
Scammers- you NEVER get your refund. Like someone else said- they never recognise your order, never offer FULL refund- then never give you any money back into your account. They have the clothes back- so they’ll sell them again- it seems the only positive reviews are jewellery- clothes are rubbish, tiny sizes. This Chinese company should be shut down
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY- you can never get a refund. I’ve sent goods back to China (after 6 emails trying to get address) cost me £15 and now they won’t give me £50 back despite numerous emails. £50 not FULL refund anyway! Scammers
Refunds for clothes are impossible- you spend a fortune shipping stuff back to CHINA (when you eventually get their address) then they pretend they havent received anything. Complete SHAM. Namaste my arse
