Bad shopping experience
Yes , I now do agree with the negative reviews here. Bought an item from a reputable seller. However , the app tracking status states parcel was sorted to another driver in charge of a different route on 14 December which was the delivery date. After emailing their customer service numerous times , a reply came from among a sea of standard replies stating above reason and mention will expedite delivery within 1-2 working days. However , till date on 17 December there is no delivery of the parcel despite chasers sent to them and as expected , a standard reply from their customer service. Zero replies. Would encourage unlucky shoppers like me to lodge a police case to safeguard yourself against such bad processing policy and treatment. Lesson learnt, do not shop at Shopee ever.
