Beware! Return/Exchange on your own expense to China $$$$
I'm only giving it 2 stars because when I needed to change the sizing due to wrong sizing, their only option was for me to return the shoes to China on my own expense which costs more than the shoes itself. All after I've taken several pictures of the shoes to prove that they're still new just as I got them. So now I'm just stuck with the wrong size heels I can't wear or resell because they're too small. P.S. My actual order confirmation date was on 03/08/2021 but I just started using Trustpilot and I want my voice of experience to contribute to the collective feedback on this platform with the brands and companies I've interacted with, even if the date of the experience falls past within the last 12 months.
