Customer Service
So I'm only giving 4 stars right now because I just placed the order. And I will say that customer service has been exceptional when I speak to the agent who takes the orders and help me process them. They're always very polite friendly and try to be helpful in offering pre styling the ability to cut the lace for you and just overall trying to make it a very personable experience. Once again, I cannot talk about the quality of the item since I have yet to receive it. But I do hope that I will be back on here. To let you guys know that this is a very trustworthy site to buy from.
