I signed up to just browse the products and never used any of their services, didn’t sell anything, didn’t connect a store, didn’t make a single move beyond logging in. Despite this, they sneakily charged me £84.00 without warning or justification. I contacted their support, expecting a clear refund since they could see I hadn’t used the service at all, but they outright refused. This feels like a deliberate trap to catch unsuspecting users with hidden fees. Absolutely unacceptable business practice. Avoid this company at all costs unless you enjoy being charged for doing nothing.
