At first, I was suspicious of the call...Great Service
I was very suspicious of the call and wanting access to my computer/our network, but "Jack" patiently confirmed my Customer ID number and the support package that we are under and offered to complete the annual maintenance on our full security package (including all of our wireless devices, etc.). He was knowledgeable and patient with my skepticism and provided everything that we needed to keep our network and computers running fast and safe!
