Redemption times have slowed…
Redemption times have slowed significantly. There was a period of time where you could submit a redemption, and receive it within 1-3 hours and get multiple redemptions processed a week. It is now taking weeks/months for redemptions to process. This is unacceptable, especially for customers buying the larger packs ($1000+). I expect at least 2-3 redemptions to be able to process within the week. The 7+ day estimate is not accurate right now. I'm trying to see if they will process a few of my redemptions before the end of this month. If they don't, I may need to look at discontinuing my use of this site and go to my bank. I've asked the VIP Manager for help with prioritizing the redemptions, but it still seems like they're looking to hold/sit on funds (with the hope that customers will play it back). Disappointment is an understatement. Sweepjungle really needs to do better, if it hopes to retain customers...
