After my first email 14 working days after placing order this was their answer as per my query to the status of the order "Dear Customer We hope you are doing well. We are writing to keep you updated on the status of your order Regrettably, due to an unexpected surge in order volume, we have not yet been able to dispatch your order. We are sincerely sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and are committed to resolving this situation as quickly as possible. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. If you have any questions or require further assistance, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with our customer service team. We value your business and look forward to serving you. Best regards, Ying" Seems like a bait and switch. After my second email from the company telling me not to worry, I replied if I do not have a shipping date I will report it to my credit card company i received this email, Hi there, It’s good to serve you. Your parcel has been shipped out and according to our experience, the package needs 5-7 days to arrive. Please do not worry. Thanks for your patience in advance! All the best, Regina And now 4 days later no package and no update on the shipping information.
