I truly would not recommend this…
I truly would not recommend this platform to anyone. I did not receive any response from Sugargoo until they got notice that a dispute for my refund was opened with PayPal. It gets worse. Sugargoo the proceeds to send multiple messages saying that the refund has been “frozen” until I cancel my PayPal dispute. I contact PayPal. PayPal told me if I cancel my open dispute I will no longer have Buyer Protection and will not be able to open a new dispute for this matter if I choose to cancel. I am confident Sugargoo knew this. That is why they were trying to press me about cancelling the dispute because I would be out of luck in the end and I have not received any goods or services whatsoever. This platform is completely untrustworthy. Use another platform just not Sugargoo!
