I appreciated Cliff's personal phone calls to check if I had any questions or concerns re my quarterly executive privacy reports. Cliff took proactive steps to identify and remove negative information from the privacy report before I did. I appreciated the early email and telephone reminders that my service agreement was ending. When I did call to ask to renew after my agreement had ended, Cliff immediately arranged a new agreement with the same terms. He was easy to work with, professional, and courteous.
