Product still not received
I ordered a pet carrier and bed for my kitten on 2nd June. I collected him on 10th June, so had to borrow a carrier. There has been no update on my order's tracking status and no response to my email dated 23rd June querying what has happened from their advertised support address. At this stage, I may as well cut .y kisses and request a refund from PayPal.
