Very bad experience
Very bad experience. I bought a laser engraver and i could not get it to work with my pc/mac. I took some months to actually find my problem. The falcon 1 engraver they are selling in the same page as the falcon 2 engraver only works with windows 7 machines...in 2024.... They said i cant get my money back, but a new engraver of the same model. I told them, that they cant sell an engraver without the means for the customer to make it work in the same way they are advertizing it. That are false pretenses in my eyes. I will have to keep the engraver or gift them to someone...never ever buying stuff from them again and i share my experience with everyone who is interested.
