Pacco mai ricevuto. BAD EXPERIENCE WITH ALIBABA AND UPS. Both are unreliable. I never received my package, UPS claims the address is wrong, but instead of calling me or taking the package to a UPS collection center, they take it back to Germany. ALIBABA refuses to ship it back to me, even though I want to pay for the shipping again. Both ALIBABA and UPS refuse to refund me, blocking the process at the source. I will never buy anything from ALIBABAs again, nor will I ship with UPS.
