Never received my purchased product
Purchased a product with a promised delivery of 5-15 days. It is currently 25 days later and I have not received the product. Customer service is providing me no information on my purchase. Edit: After reading other reviews, my experience seems on par for this company. I expect similar resistance on the refund I requested for the product I never received. Second edit: never received the product I paid for. Contacted the company multiple times requesting a refund and was offered $5 back (off a $50 order). I ended up disputing the charge with my credit card company and filing a complaint through the BBB, both actions labeling this company as fraudulent or a scam. I never even got the $5 back that they offered.
