Low Quality product, stubborn bureaucratic support
First the carton was damaged as it was only delivered in a poor plastic bag by Banggood.com. What a joke! Second, the product had a malfunction. The "support" insisted on a video proof of a function that was not there - 2nd joke. Ridiculous. Blocking style of support. I have no time for these nonsense games of Banggood. Stubborn in communication and policy. Poor quality. If you are used to the excellence of AMAZON, forget Banggood, don't order here unless you are desperate for a product. You will regret it.
