Bought a Refund Protection but there's no CHANGE DATE OPTION I was complying, changing just the DATE of my travel but they message at whatsapp that it can't change. FROM THEIR FAQ, you can request a change of DEPARTURE as long as SAME COACH. The one I bought was SGD 58*3 (SGD 174)and the one that I am availing is much cheaper SGD 49.00*3 (SGD 147), I am willing not to receive the excess/change from the tickets. WE only just want to CHANGE our DEPARTURE DATE. Their Customer Support @Whatsapp is just a BOT, not a LIVE chat agent. 9am-10pm service, I was messaging @12pm, they were saying AGENTs were away. I want to promote EASYBOOK via Pinterest, IG, Tiktok because of the cheaper bus tickets but after experiencing this....
