Very disapointed
Very disapointed. The doll I received was not the one on the picture. It is ugly and almost scared my daughter at Christmas when she unwrapped her gift. The compagnie answer is also disapointing as they confirmed that it is the sale doll then the one on the picture and beacause it is handmade it could have slight différences. In fact, the doll is not even close to the one they describe on the website. They offer me a 10% refound only. 😢
