My name is Linda I order 6 necklaces for my husband who died in May to give to my stepdaughter and granddaughters for Christmas and all was ok until one of the screws wouldn't come out so it's useless to put his ashes in. I waited until Christmas eve to do the necklaces. I cried when I opened his container. I tried to call the 702 number that goes to nowhere. No answer
