I purchased the hearing aids
I purchased the hearing aids, had them less than two weeks and the ear hook broke. They requested a photo of the unit which I provided. They were supposedly able to determine from some remote location that it was “damaged by improper operation”! I could try to glue it together or they would sell me more at a discount. Avoid these people by all means. The hearing aids are cheaply made, will most likely fail, customer service is a joke and they are completely unethical! The only reason I put 1 star was because 0 wasn’t available!
