I have just received an order today…
I have just received an order today that I placed on 26th November, which was a Christmas present for my boyfriend and my best friend. I have never been more disappointed with a purchase that I am with this one, for a number of reasons. 1. I am a massive hoodie / sweatshirt wearer - I have never in my life had such poor quality garments, especially after paying what I would perceive as being a premium price 2. The goods were marketed as personalised embroidered garments, taking a source picture and converting into a bespoke piece of embroidery. The embroidery I have received on the final hoodies bear no resemblance to the picture I sent in. 3. The quality of the embroidering is extremely poor, with loose fabric ends which look extremely tatty and tacky. 4. Having placed the order on 26th November, the goods were delivered today - some days after the promised 20 day delivery window for international orders. These products are simply not fit for purpose, and can never be deemed to be of a sufficient quality to offer as a gift. I have attempted to contact them numerous times and been unsuccessful each time. You state that you have "excellent customer service" , yet I am still to here from any one? My Order number is 1958 and I look forward to hearing back from you regarding a full refund.
