Unfair account closure and withholding of consumer funds
I am writing this review to warn potential users about this company's predatory practices. My account was recently permanently banned without any clear explanation. No effort was made by them to try and fix the problem either. Worse still, the company has confiscated my remaining balance of over $250, stating that the funds are "forfeited." When I reached out to customer support to resolve the matter, they refused to assist, offering no due process or path to appeal. While a platform has the right to restrict accounts, retaining a consumer's deposited money violates basic consumer protection principles. Do not trust this platform with your money, as you risk losing your funds with zero recourse.
