I ordered a doll for my daughter at the beginning of December under the quick shipping tab. The doll has not only not even shipped but every time I reach out via email to the company they don’t even answer my question they say due to demand almost like it’s copy and pasted and they don’t read my email. I’ve asked for a refund or a phone number to speak with someone and no answer. Beginning to seriously think this is a scam site and I should have just ordered on Amazon like I did before. So sad I lost out on $120 doll
